Minimum driver's age requirement is 21 years and the maximum driver's age is 80 years. A young driver surcharge applies for drivers under 25 years. A senior driver surcharge applies for drivers aged 65 to 80 years. Additional drivers are also subject to Young/Senior Driver and Additional Driver fees.

US renters must provide proof of their own insurance. The policy must be valid for at least 3 months before pickup, match the address on the driver's license, include Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability of at least USD $500,000 combined and USD $300,000 property damage with a deductible no higher than USD $1,000. An administrative fee of USD $17.99/day applies when using your own insurance. Insurance issued outside the USA is not accepted. Otherwise, renters must purchase TPL and CDW. Non-US renters are required to purchase a coverage plan. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) costs between USD $29.00 and USD $79.99 per rental day depending on season, vehicle type, location and deductible.

Customers must present a full and valid driver's license held for a minimum of one year before the rental date with no major endorsements. A valid ID card or passport is required at pickup. Customers from outside the USA must present an International Driver's Permit (IDP) together with their original domestic driver's license.

Accepted credit cards (in the main driver's full name): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay / Apple Pay, and Cash. Not accepted: someone else's card (including family members), prepaid cards, or Revolut cards.

Yes. A valid credit card in the renter's own name is required. Depending on the rental, a refundable security deposit between USD $350.00 and USD $2,500.00 will be held to cover incidental charges such as damages, tolls, fuel, mileage, rental extensions and late fees. Rental charges are paid at pickup. Deposits are generally released in the days following the vehicle's return. Restrictions apply.

Yes. Each additional driver is subject to an additional driver fee plus any applicable young or senior driver surcharge. Up to two additional drivers are permitted per reservation.

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup. Missing fuel will be charged together with a refueling service fee. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated.

Local insurance requirements may result in mandatory additional charges at pickup. Rental rates are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Charges for refueling, additional drivers and optional extras are not included in the quoted rental price. Child seats, SIM cards and GPS units may be purchased at pickup, subject to availability.

No. Crossing state or country borders is not permitted. Vehicles may only be driven within the state where they were picked up. Violating territorial restrictions will void coverage and may result in administrative charges of up to USD $2,500 plus USD $0.75 per mile.

Out-of-hours pickup requests must be arranged before the rental begins. Out-of-hours vehicle returns can also be requested at the front desk for an additional charge.
